I like that you can use your own database if needed or just upload an excel file with all information in one place! It's easy enough anyone could learn how to navigate within this system quickly.

The software has been updated several times since we started using them so there are some new features we haven't used yet, but will once they're implemented. We've had great customer service from their team every time something was not working correctly (which wasn't very frequently). They were able to fix our issues immediately without us having to wait weeks/months as other companies would have done before answering emails.
