***UPDATE*** I was able to fix the cigarette lighter connector by replacing the fuse in the fuse box. Anker also contacted me and sent me a free updated replacement for the defective part I had left over. They also took the serial number from me and said they track defective parts of their product. Thanks to Anker for helping to resolve the issue! ---Original---Used this product a total of 5 hours in two days, charging only one phone. It worked fine when it worked, but when I used it another time it didn't light up and it didn't power my phone. Tried on a different port, same result. I grabbed my big bulky charger to check each port and in fact the one I've been using it in now doesn't work at all and the one it never touched when it worked is still fine.
