I'm sorry but the jacket I got for a 13 year old was very tight around my son's arms who is 13 and has a skeletal structure and I mean skeletal structure he's very thin so you can imagine my surprise when he tried on the jacket, when he tried on the jacket he said it fits snugly on his HANDS. Can you imagine a normally framed child trying to put on a jacket WITHOUT a chance? Do not get me wrong. The jacket is high quality and superb in style. Similar street level jackets are £50 which is very expensive so this jacket was worth the money and even more. I asked my son to take off the inner fleece and try the jacket on without it and in the end it fit well without constricting so the fleece was snug around the arms and the rest of the jacket was fine, no problem. So beware parents, if it were possible to go up a size I would take it, but it really is nothing but a shame being 13 years old so I have asked for a full refund. :(
