So far, so good. When I took it out of the packaging for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised. There was no shipping damage and it was literally "plug and play". (I use exclusively for work). It took me a few tries to figure out the most effective way to connect it to my work laptop and docking station, but so far I haven't had any issues other than the Lenovo battery draining quickly. I bought this to go home to the opposite coast, I will buy a quality case for it and I am optimistic that everything will be better than expected.
