Easy to use! I love a meat thermometer. If I had known how handy they are for grilling, baking or cooking in general, I would have bought them a year ago! This type of food thermometer comes with 2 Duracell AAA batteries, you pay no extra cost to buy a battery from Revain. I've been using it for a few days, so far I've been happy with the time it takes to stabilize and report the temperature. It's built into a magnet so you can attach it to the fridge or a cold spot on the grill for storage, or hang it on a hook in the kitchen. Alternatively, you can put the TM20 in the included case to avoid dust accumulation.
