We've had pretty good vacuums over the years, Miele, Windsor Sensor (what a beast) but as a gift to a relative we paid in October 2020 and bought a Titan T9200 at a local hardware store. Out of the box the Titan looked pretty good in design, but I was impressed by its cheap plastic looks. But I was determined to get him through his pace with all his lures. These bells and whistles didn't impress me because I thought we missed a part and the wish with all its bells and whistles fell short! Then when we used the floor brush with our elbow we were disappointed as it twisted up or down too much. The slotted tool was locked in the stick and it took us so much effort to get it out that we thought we might break it. The final straw was that the wand kept coming off the plastic center plug. There's nothing that can't be taped in place! Yes, the Titan has plenty of suction, but what's the difference when you need to stop and reinsert the wand. All in all, it's a very expensive piece of plastic that just isn't worth the price.
