Update September 14, 2018 After several more emails telling the seller that my review was affecting their business, they finally refunded the money . I recommend refunding orders because it's the right thing to do instead of waiting for you (the seller) to personally suffer. If you really focused on helping me and not yourself I would up the star rating to 3 but 2 would be enough. It's been about a month and I haven't heard anything else. I'll wait a little longer before contacting Revain for a solution. To be honest, I found these types of magnets prone to breakage. If it had been mentioned in the description I wouldn't have bought it but the description explains how resistant they are to things and scratches without mentioning that they look like eggshells when clicked together. The original rating 1 broke within seconds of opening. 7 more in minutes. The bottom of my picture shows 8 that are broken. To be honest, I glued them to each other and to objects, maybe the manufacturer intends to present them in a glass cube in a museum so that nothing happens to them. In that case I have to revise my rating. Otherwise they are garbage. And they are very sharp once snapped, posing a risk of cuts, not to mention a health hazard, if made from anything other than non-toxic materials. This is a good party. This is a bad product in every way.
