I just replaced one sensor from two engines and voila! I had 60psi on the right and left motors. The oil pressure on the port side has increased from 40 to 60 on the old gearbox. I removed the Fram filter and the previous owner installed low grade auto oil and replaced it with a high quality marine grade synthetic and marine grade oil filter. And that's the thing! What Happens to Oil Pressure I have found on many blogs that car engine filters/oil and marine filters/oil are not the same regardless of match or type. The part fits and works perfectly, the E/Z-Fix corrected the incorrect oil pressure readings.
