What a great product! I am very happy with these thermometer strips. I buy them mainly for my homebrew keg and also for my computer case to better control the room temperature. They read the temperature of my hand right on the packaging. Peeling off the backing was very easy and I knew exactly where to put it to keep it for a long time. I cut one of these to fit my Lexan beer keg. He does his job very well. For the most part I can see the temperature is fine, I usually have to turn on the light to see this as others have mentioned. I'd say it's not always blue-green-brown, but pretty close. I didn't plan to cook with it and didn't predict the weather, just had an idea of the brewing temperature. Glue is very good.
