WARNING! Poor design - 60Hz phono on all 4 cables

I needed a set of adapter cables for my recently purchased Kramer VP-772 Scaling Switcher, a high quality dual scaling switcher capable of handling resolutions up to 4K supported. This switcher uses DVI connectors for its inputs, which can be selected to include HDMI, YUV, VGA or CV. We use a variety of sources during event production and VGA is one such type. Therefore, a DVI/VGA conversion cable is required. I needed a custom cable to avoid using a short adapter and cable rig which would put unnecessary strain on the chassis connection. gently across the display. DVI/HDMI cable tests, that I ran prior to the VGA tests were exceptionally clean. It's time to suspect DVI/VGA cables. I grabbed a DVI/VGA adapter and VGA cable to double check that this wasn't a problem with the VP-772 and got a crisp and perfectly clean output with no noise band. ordered DVI/VGA cables before the VP-772 was in stock and was unable to test it during the return period. My mistake. Don't make a bad decision with these cables. If you feel an uncontrollable urge to buy them, be sure to check them out right away. Unfortunately, I pre-ordered the VP-772 DVI/VGA cable and was unable to test it during the return period. My mistake. Don't make a bad decision with these cables.
