I have been welding for 28 years and have used the same welder the whole time. My old welder finally started giving me problems so I decided to buy this Lincoln it was a great decision. This is a cheaper welder but still good quality. The only complaint is that I prefer to adjust the power via a knob rather than low level 1, low level 2, high level 1, high level 2 switches. But I don't want to spend twice the money. for the Lincoln version in place of the handle. Still very impressed with this little welder
