The charger is closed. Does my electrical system on my Honda ruckus clamp
Don't trust that fuel pump. This pump nearly fried the electrical system in my Honda. It really fried my charger even though new fuel pump! Used a more expensive brand differential and it works great. I will never buy this brand again.
