Very good product - easy setup/use: eComFax
Simple set up and use of services. Easy to connect with customer support for questions. Support for all different fax devices including mobile phone, and ability to read a file attachment without needing multiple programs. I have been able to send files to customers via email when they do not have fax capabilities. Customer service is great! Have not found anything yet that I dislike about this software. I highly recommend it! Being able to receive files from customers quickly and easily while still maintaining a paper trail.

- Ease in creating documents (eSignature) as well receiving messages or attachments through emails which can be printed out at home instead using traditional FAX equipment saving money compared to purchasing new machine/service fees each year plus printing costs associated therewith; no more buying toner cartridges / ink supplies simply save them until needed again ; saves time by sending an electronic
