Great creative partner with solid understanding
I like how the team at Nelsons are always willing to listen to my ideas and give me feedback so they can create something unique just for us! The process of working together as a client/designer relationship is great - it's easy to get stuck into your own thoughts but having someone else there who knows what you're looking for helps keep things moving along nicely. It would be good if they could add some more 'in-house' designers (ie people not from an agency) to their team. We have been able to develop our brand through this partnership which has helped us reach new customers and expand our market share.
Pros
- Their willingness to work with clients in helping co design solutions that meet both parties needs, while being cost effective too ! They also provide services beyond website development such print material etc.They value long term relationships over short ones when offering help or support; meaning any business problems we experience now won't become bigger headaches later down road because most
