Review on Toyota Sequoia 2001-2007: Envelope Style Trunk Cargo Net - New by Eric Chapman

Seems to fit well, it's smaller so it works in my Sequoia as advertised and in the photos you need to remove the plastic clips that are on each corner of the net hinge. There are no instructions, but after a while I figured it out. The Sequoia has handles that must be looped where the plastic hooks will not work, simply pull down on the base of the plastic clip and expose the two side clips that the nylon loop goes in, take a flathead screwdriver and pry both of those up open on sides. The clips and large plastic clip should slide off the loop and then use the loop to attach to the handles on the car.
