I don't often do reviews. But this product meets the requirements specified by the manufacturer. My father-in-law will be 95 next month. He can still take care of the house and yard, albeit with restrictions, but is largely in control of himself. However, he cannot bend over to clip his toenails. Due to COVID19, he was unable to go to the salon to have his nails cut. I did that with this tool. His nails have been cut since February. They were long and brittle, the thumbs were very thick. The Kaasage toenail clipper cuts through a thick nail with minimal effort on my part. Doesn't matter! A simple sanding board filed down the sharp edges. Before I started I soaked it in warm water for about 15 minutes which helped soften my nails. This was the first time it has been used, I assume Kaasage nail clippers are used on many other toes (mine and maybe my husbands besides my father-in-law's toes). I highly recommend these machines.
