Akoya is easy to use, has great customer service (both in person as well online), quick response time when I have questions or concerns with my account/subscription etc., simple process of adding staff members which makes it easier than other systems we used before! There really isn't anything bad about this product at least not that i've come across so far - only thing you need to do sometimes would be check if there are updates available first because some things may appear out dated but they will update them soon enough without any problems from our end :) We're solving issues related to financial reporting using AKOYA's CRM system where people can see their sales history reports easily along side invoices & payments made by customers via bank transfers / credit card transactions.
