Installed this unit on a '99 Toyota 4Runner SR5 V6. I did not receive code P505. I received code P172. Too rich bank code one. Almost the same day I noticed that the truck idled and shifted better and the fuel economy was about 20% better than my old truck. Which, I have to say, was original to the truck for 16 years.
