The monitor looks good but it doesn't fit my laptop due to a connection issue, my laptop only has a micro HDMI port. So I contacted customer service and they advised me to use an adapter. And it turned out to work so well with the adapter that I finally found a portable monitor to match. I appreciate the professionalism and patience of the customer service team. Back to the product, now it fits my laptop well with the extra adapter, it's quite light and light, a good choice for mobile use.
