Doesn't work well

I've used this once before and probably never again. The microfiber sounds great but it lies on top of the plastic, nothing to soften it. The hard plastic makes it less than ideal for cleaning glass. The mop is very small and glides over the glass instead of mopping up the water. There is definitely a lack of performance. I would not buy again. Spend more money on a silicone scraper, it's usually worth it.
