I like that they are very knowledgeable about their products as well as other companies in our industry (storage). They have helped us with many different issues over time including storage space optimization for both virtual servers/workloads but also physical server hardware upgrades to help improve performance of workloads we host there. The support team is great! Very responsive when it comes down to any questions or concerns you may be having regarding your account status etc.. It would definitely benefit from more customer success managers who can assist customers through all stages of implementation - this includes training new employees coming into an organization how best utilize these services so everyone benefits rather than one person being responsible only for initial setup which could cause confusion later if not done correctly by someone else within the org. We've been able solve several problems related specifically around data growth at scale vs cost effectiveness.
