After receiving this pair I found my old peeler and said goodbye. My favorite machine for peeling all types of peels is the stainless steel paring knife. This peeler is quick and easy, but very sharp. I was in a hurry to get the recipe and found out how sharp this hacksaw was. Let's just say my skin on my fingertips shouldn't have been part of the recipe. Don't worry, this vegetable peeler is just amazing. Please be careful when cooking vegetables! md
