Sizes are for boys NOT toddlers
I bought size 3-9 for my 4 year old twins who wear toddler shoe sizes 9 and 10. Socks are ridiculously tight (my twins are skinny green beans) and too big. It doesn't state if the socks are toddler or toddler sizes. So the article is bad. I will return to them because the price is high.
