I use a variety of label printers at work, brands like Sato and Zebra, all expensive models. But I needed something for the house. Small, handy and inexpensive. On the first day I already printed 9 mailings franked and am satisfied. I had to calibrate the printer for my supply of labels as it used two labels for each print. Holding the button down for about 10 seconds triggered a calibration cycle, which fixes the issue. I don't know if this detail is listed on their website, I just discovered it myself using some knowledge from previous printing experiences. Additionally, if you are selling on sites like Etsy, you will need to go to the print settings on Etsy's website so that the label is created the correct size for your label inventory. The printer has a compact size and does not take up much space on the table. Please, and I'll probably use this little guy for years.
