Great so far.

I use a variety of label printers at work, brands like Sato and Zebra, all expensive models. But I needed something for the house. Small, handy and inexpensive. On the first day I already printed 9 mailings franked and am satisfied. I had to calibrate the printer for my supply of labels as it used two labels for each print. Holding the button down for about 10 seconds triggered a calibration cycle, which fixes the issue. I don't know if this detail is listed on their website, I just discovered…

Essential for anyone who sends lots of packages

This little printer is amazing! I went from manually loading letter size labels, 2 per sheet, into my laser printer and while this was a normal method it took time and the labels had to be cut for smaller packages. This little printer is a game changer! Super fast crisp prints and smaller labels mean I don't have to waste time cutting something to fit my small packs. So Disappointed Best in Printers & Accessories

I bought this during the Revain sale and I couldn't open it due to my office renovation. I just opened it today and it's so beautiful and installation was a breeze. Very easy to use and easy to adjust the paper size. Here the dream ends. The print quality is TERRIBLE! Small and magical on printers and accessories

This is my first thermal printer. I'm an online reseller (Ebay, Etsy and Mercari mainly) and I'm tired of struggling with my clunky old laser printer. Attention, the printer driver is not secure enough. Apple has not been able to confirm that it is malware free

I ordered this label printer and everything was going fine until I tried to install its driver which I downloaded from their website had downloaded . Apparently your driver is not secure enough for Apple. My MacBook refused to install and asked me to contact the developer. I contacted their live chat support and their solution was to go into my settings and decline my security to set it anyway. Immediately red flag.
