I ordered this label printer and everything was going fine until I tried to install its driver which I downloaded from their website had downloaded . Apparently your driver is not secure enough for Apple. My MacBook refused to install and asked me to contact the developer. I contacted their live chat support and their solution was to go into my settings and decline my security to set it anyway. Immediately red flag. I asked if this was a solution, they said yes and "trust them", their "printer is a great product" and that it was "an Apple issue". They can tell me anything they want to confide in them, but if their software can't be certified by Apple, that's not good for me. It's YOUR problem if their solution is to ask the user to opt-out of any security measures put in place by Apple's engineers and blame Apple. If they want to sell an unsafe product in the US market, it's YOUR fault. I sent the printer back the same day and received a full refund.
