Review on Efficient Shipping Printing with Jiose - Shipstation Compatible Printer by Grant Zeeb

I bought this during the Revain sale and I couldn't open it due to my office renovation. I just opened it today and it's so beautiful and installation was a breeze. Very easy to use and easy to adjust the paper size. Here the dream ends. The print quality is TERRIBLE! Not only does it skip letters, it prints very easily, and the more I adjusted to the settings and speeds recommended on their website, the lighter the print became, eventually disappearing entirely. As for the paper, I tried the paper and UPS labels that came with it and they all printed the same. I have contacted their support team and will wait and see what they do because for now this is a full waist update: I emailed the company over 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything.
