The best thing about it is its customer support team who are always there for us even when we have issues or queries. Its UI looks outdated but I guess thats because i'm used to newer versions like V5 which has more modern looking interface than v3 (which was pretty dated). For those new users out here - dont be afraid as they will guide u well enough throughout ur training phase so everything goes fine after that! Make sure if possible use version 5 instead of 3 since their features seem almost similar nowdays except price difference between them. We were facing some challenges managing our inventory across different locations and also tracking orders from multiple sales reps over time. This software helped solve these problems very easily by providing centralized management system where every rep could log his order via app along with other relevant info such as location etc.
