Recommended. Great product in many ways. Supports many video and audio standards. I only use the basic 4K@60Hz switching feature on Windows and Linux. The documentation is multilingual and well done. USB cables included but NO HDMI cables. Also, you need to provide your own USB adapter to power the device. Does anyone have a workaround for these problems? 1. Windows 10 intercepts Scroll Lock key so Hotkey Toggle doesn't work on Windows.2. The USB 1.1 ports are for keyboard and mouse. However, they are not compatible with my Logitech Universal Receiver. The keyboard stops responding when switching. The workaround is to plug the dongle into one of the two USB 2.0 ports. No problems with the switch so far, except that hotkeys no longer work when using USB 2.0 ports. That's not a problem for me, since I always shift gears manually anyway.3. I'd rather have all ports on the back and all push buttons on the front. This keeps the cables neater.4. Switching takes 10 seconds. what happened to it
