This is a very well made, sturdy weight, that is a forty pounds. It has a metal bar holding the weights on either side and it's going to last forever. These are great for all lifting exercises and seem like the type of weights you would find in the gym. Overall, this is great investment because if you use this weight, it's an investment in yourself getting strong.
- Great quality and can handle a drop! I enjoy these more then the hard plate dumbbells
- May cause discomfort or pain in joints with repetitive use
