Edit: You can get the USB ports to work by plugging a USB-C cable into them. I added a start back. However, adding more cables makes it unwieldy when I originally wanted my setup to be as simple as possible. I have 2 monitors at work but I just wanted one big screen at home so it was less of a hassle. For that it works great. There is plenty of screen real estate and I can have 2 excel spreadsheets side by side and see everything easily. I also hooked up my Xbox One, played Tekken 7 and it looks great. I have the problem that 2 usb ports are dead. They don't work at all. It's not a deal breaker because the screen is great, but I bought a monitor with a specific setup that uses these USB ports. But if USB ports aren't important to your purchase, then this is a good buy.
