It was great while it worked. It stopped working two days after the Revain return window (just read HHH every time it was plugged in. Tried new batteries and nothing). In the product information, the seller says they have a 90 day guarantee, so I contacted the seller to get a replacement. I was contacted and told to order another one. This is not a guarantee or replacement. I then sent another message asking how to get it back as I can't do it through Revain. And then silence. No replies, no letters, just radio silence. It would be 5 stars if they followed the 90 day policy because it's a good thermometer if it lasts more than a month and they have good customer service. nope Run away.
