
I wanted to recreate bacon and eggs, cheesecake and go home before the kids go to school. It works. None of the products on the market produce an egg patty that's small enough, so I use one of a series of concentric rings commonly used with cookie dough to make the patty the right size for the giant cookie I'm making make. One of the pairs I received has a hinge that pops out all the time so it doesn't close completely, but I put it back in easily. Just a minor annoyance. With pre-cooked bacon and a small slice of cheddar thrown on top of an egg after 45 seconds in the microwave, you get a B/E/C cookie that's way better than fast food chains and infinitely cheaper.
