I took the advice of some reviewers and used 2 eggs at a time (haven't used less yet). It was a little bigger than I expected and I almost returned it because I wanted to make eggs to spread, they have an English one Muffin - not a bagel. But I decided to go ahead and give it a try. This works pretty well. Yes, the egg hangs a little over the English muffin, but not by much.
