I ordered Nordic Ware's egg and muffin breakfast dish a few weeks ago and I love it! I have a 900w microwave and if I boil the eggs for 1 minute, add the cheese and cook another 15 seconds the egg is perfect. I took the advice of some reviewers and used 2 eggs at a time (haven't used less yet). For those with microwaves over 1000W, it's a good idea to experiment with cooking times - maybe start with just under a minute and see how the eggs turn out. You can always microwave the container for an additional 10-15 seconds if the eggs aren't done yet. I don't have to use oil or other non-stick ingredients to coat the pan - the eggs slide easily out of the pan, leave little to no residue, and dishwashing is a breeze. I love the egg cooker so much that I ordered several for my relatives as Christmas gifts.
