To I received this CB radio brand new and tried it from the start. The radio has a problem. A big problem. And that means every time I press the PTT button (which you use to talk to someone on the other side) CB is reloaded. EVERY TIME. And it's not with batteries. Oh ho ho, no. That's it when the radio is turned to FULL POWER! I can't even imagine how that would work with single batteries! Sad to see my $100 purchase go to waste and my dollars wasted on something so new and DEFECTIVE. I've attached a video to this review to show you how the radio resets every time I press the PTT button. The connection is made via the supplied DC plug.
