Not sure yet best in my review
I like the heat option and all the settings. But the massage is not comfortable on my back, the massage heads are kind of big and not padded. Also it is loud and does not sit properly on my shoulders to make enough contact to get the massage. I find myself holding it down with my hands to get it to actually feel the massage options. One more thing. The massage shuts off after about 4 minutes and I have to turn it off and on again to get it working.
