Solid platform with great tech and helpful service

It was easy enough to customize my own email templates using their drag & drop interface (which I think may be one of its best features). The customer support team helped me get things up running quickly once we got them started, but they also did an excellent job walking through some issues so I could diagnose myself as well before calling in help from others! We've been able to implement several different types of automated campaigns which have proven very effective at reaching new customers across multiple channels.

Drag and Drop customization
Mobile responsive design for all platforms including mobile devices.
Easy set it forget automation that can go out without intervention by your staff or yourself when you're away..you'll never lose control again like our previous Email Marketing software program with similar feature sets would do if left unmonitored/unused between scheduled runs
