Extremely disappointed but let me start with the positives. If you're only looking for antenna service, this product is a great savings over pay TV. Easy entry as desired and the guide is ok. He goes channel by channel so don't expect a normal timed guide. You have to browse the channels to see what's on each one. Poorly. The power button is terrible. I have to press it multiple times to turn it on from about 10 feet away. The rest of the buttons react immediately. You can only record one program at a time and it has to be on that channel, so you can't record one channel while watching another. At least if you can, I can't figure it out. On-demand recording does not work. It turns on or switches to a preset channel (which is set to record, not watch. There are two settings) and it appears to be recording, but when I go to the USB PVR to watch the program no data comes up ( ah) . The booklet that comes with it is about 2" x 2" and the printing is unreadable or at best it will strain your eyes. I took a picture with my phone and blew it up. The information is incomplete and does not solve recording problems. No troubleshooting information or product support can be found online. It took me months to figure out what kind of USB I needed for recording. I chose a DatScan Ultra with 256 GB, which seems to do an excellent job of on-demand recording, but I can't tell you about the default recording. because this function does not work. I can tell you that a 1T powered hard drive will not work. Writes that the disk is not found. There are buttons with different functions that are not marked on the remote and are not mentioned in the book. Better play around with the buttons to see what they do.
