The PSU made a loud clicking noise and died 32 days after purchase so I was unable to return it to Revain and had to contact Thermaltake RMA. I set up an advanced replacement online, my credit card was charged as expected, and the replacement shipped immediately. That part went well. A few days later I received a replacement and immediately sent the defective power supply to Thermaltake. I have verified through USPS the tracking information that Thermaltake received the faulty power supply. Thermaltake has had a defective power supply for over a week and my credit card is not being credited. The RMA status still shows "Waiting for bad block". I called Thermaltake to speak to an RMA rep, but after waiting 2 minutes in the rep's queue, a recording comes up saying all reps are busy and after the beep leave a message to call back. I have left several messages over the course of several days and still have not received a call back. It seems there is no way to contact a live person at Thermaltake and they are perfectly happy to keep your money and not live up to their 10 year guarantee. I will never buy a Thermaltake product again and would advise everyone I know to stay away from Thermaltake!
