They are very good quality, nice and heavy but nicely packaged. They also lowered my NVME rates by a few degrees. The only suggestion I have is to buy thicker thermal pads. I put one of them on the bottom of my m.2 SSD and the thicker one on top. When the springs are engaged, it makes excellent contact with the actuator. Another disadvantage, which unfortunately is necessary, is to peel off the stickers of your NVME so that it has more direct contact with the heatsink. My NVME used to hover around 40-50C and 60C with I/O load, but now they're comfortably around 30C.
