This is a great appliance for quick, easy and delicious cooking. It is very easy to use and set up. You don't need to use a lot of oil when cooking, and it's easy to clean before and after cooking. The food is quite clean and tasty, beware the surface heats up very quickly. It is compact enough for movement and travel. The more I use it, the easier and more creative it becomes. Overall a great purchase.
