Simply put, they work and taste great - all tastes. Very easy to carry in your pocket, briefcase etc. with a long term supply of 24 strips per pack. However, the refreshment is so refreshing that it is easy to use even when they are not needed. If you don't talk, you don't stink. I've been using it multiple times a day and have recently developed thrush, an overgrowth of the Candida fungus that is present in all of our mouths. Unkind. It turns out that if used in excess, the bactericide in the strips kills enough other normal bacteria to allow Candida to multiply unhindered. Not a doctor - can't say anything about general sensitivities in the population, but still advise caution. I will continue to carry these as they are the best I have come across but with proper precautions against overuse. .
