Review on ๐Ÿš— ACDelco 580-433 GM Front Shock Absorber - Original Equipment for Improved SEO by Corey Nyuon

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Too much sugar for a dime, made in Mexico.

Left side worn or cracked internally after 15 months of occasional (not daily) driving. The BCM kept giving me a service suspend message and it stopped reading continuity with the multimeter on the terminal. Installed a 2 ohm resistor and deleted the BCM. Made in Mexico, mind you. I recommend using magnetic shock absorbers and just buy a Monroe shock or a Rancher replacement. When it worked properly, it worked great, but it wasn't worth the extra money and hassle of replacing them so often. Since they are made in Mexico they should drop the price by $200 as they are obviously cheaply constructed.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • New competitors
