Review on πŸ“· 7artisans 55mm F1.4 II V2.0 Portrait Lens for Fuji X-Mount Cameras: Unleash Photography Brilliance! by Erik Peterson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Sharp enough, great bokeh, fun

Lots of fun with flat bokeh and easy controls. Bezels aren't cut (no clicks), which I like, but many don't. Focus has a good cast. a sharp lens, not too heavy like the Kamlan 50mm 1.1 v2. and to make matters worse, it's cheap. For some odd reason, mine came with a lens case that seems designed for a large FF lens. Useless. Anyway, I like this lens and think it's a good cheap alternative to Fuji's own offerings if you're willing to give up autofocus. You *have* to disable the default setting on Fuji cameras to not take photos unless a lens is attached because they didn't bother to put contacts on it.

Pros
  • Handy thing
Cons
