I have the second bottle

I've been using it for more than a month. Every day, twice a day. I also use a probiotic. I think they helped ease my sensitive digestive issues. I am a gluten free person and find it almost impossible not to get gluten particles in your food at home and on the go so these capsules help. They're a little big (if you have trouble taking pills) but that doesn't bother me. They are worth trying if you have intestinal problems.
