Sorry Civilian Labs. They are not even suitable for very light baits, they will open in almost any direction with a very light pull. I have other products with disposable clasps that stay firmly in place unless pulled in a very specific direction with strong pressure, so I know disposable clasps can work. They don't work in this case. I needed a way to quickly attach a small pouch to a molle pack and take it off at the same speed. Unfortunately, these field connections come loose too easily and in almost every direction; I can't trust them to protect my bag. I recommend staying away from this product!
