I used this to make a steam trap for a mud station. quiet, the light is not so bright that it is uncomfortable, but gives a good light. I also liked the included Power-to-Molex connector (4-pin). I used it for splicing to keep the fan cable in good condition. Please note that this fan only works with 12V power. I originally planned to plug it into a USB port, but the voltage wasn't high enough to turn on the fan.
