Almost immediately after I bought my Roku TV, one of my dogs nibbled on the remote control. I was able to control the TV through the Roku app, but it was annoying when I wanted to adjust something like the volume and had to open my phone and go back to the app to do it. I'm also tired of my youngest son asking me for my phone so he can use the remote app. After receiving this replacement remote, I put in some batteries and clicked. These are simple things. It worked right away, no programming or anything like that needed. Now I'm happy every time I go into the kitchen.
