Doesn't work well, the remote barely works with new batteries, you have to point it at the TV. The button is a clicking, unresponsive mess.

The remote stopped working almost immediately. Unfortunately, it was a gift and the recipient only informed me about it two days after the return period had expired.

Works as intended, the old remote control was broken. I found this to be a decent price, it was easy to use and would recommend it to anyone who needs to replace their TV remote.

The volume control on my TV's original remote control is defective and needs to be replaced. Identical to the original and functions the same as the original when new. I'm very satisfied with this product.

Annoyed that I didn't realize that pre-programmed keys are useless as I don't use these services. I ordered another remote control that offers all the services I use. but it would be serious if Roku let the consumer decide what the hotkey should be instead of entering into a paid partnership with a company I don't want to use.

Almost immediately after I bought my Roku TV, one of my dogs nibbled on the remote control. I was able to control the TV through the Roku app, but it was annoying when I wanted to adjust something like the volume and had to open my phone and go back to the app to do it.
